Originally from Phoenix Arizona, Renee Weight has been an Oklahoma-loving resident for over three decades.

Before making the decision to enter the real estate field, Renee worked for over 15 years in sales, managing, marketing, coaching, and training, while building a clientele and team that reached across the US and into Canada. She was promoted to the top 2% of the company based on revenue generated, and performance. Renee attributes her success in business to carefully listening to her clients’ needs, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills.  She works hard to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. “I realize that buying and selling a home can be one of the most important decisions a person can make,” Renee explains. “I am determined to handle their transaction with care, integrity, and excellence.”
